Close drain
Interlocked actuator output establishes the closed-basin state.
BottleMaster is a purpose-built bottle sanitation system that executes configurable wash, injection, dwell, drain, and rinse behavior through KleanKontrol I/O.
BottleMaster manages the repeatable sequence required to close the drain, fill the basin, inject cleaner on configured cycles, circulate wash water, open the drain, rinse, and complete with the drain open.
Configuration depth remains protected behind technician access while operators receive a clear start, pause, stop, cycle, step, and remaining-time experience.
Step 6 is inserted as a configurable sanitizer dwell when an injection-enabled cycle transitions into a water-only cycle.
Interlocked actuator output establishes the closed-basin state.
Fill water runs; cleaner doses only inside the allowed cycle and timing window.
Main pump circulates while fill, drain, and cleaner outputs remain blocked.
Drain-open output runs without conflicting with the close direction.
Dedicated rinse water runs with the drain open and cleaner disabled.
Configured contact time is enforced with process outputs off.
Open and close outputs cannot be commanded together by the control logic.
Process outputs turn off and the active countdown freezes until resume.
Normal sequencing is canceled before the drain-open and stop-rinse routine begins.
Dosing is limited to configured Step 2 windows and never runs during stop-rinse.
The main pump runs only during the wash step and remains off during stop-rinse and dwell.
Completion feedback occurs only after the final configured sequence completes successfully.
| Subsystem | Current BottleMaster platform | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Controller | Control hardware | Runs KleanKontrol I/O application logic and field I/O |
| Network | Network interface | Local operator, log, and service interfaces |
| Display | Operator display | Cycle, step, state, prompts, and time remaining |
| Drain | Equipment actuator | Interlocked close and open directions |
| Water | Separate fill and rinse outputs | Step 2 fill, Step 5 rinse, and stop-rinse behavior |
| Process loads | Main pump + cleaner dosing pump | Step 3 circulation and controlled Step 2 injection |
| Time + records | RTC/NTP, event log, notification path | Service history, clocked events, and selected alerts |
Verify state transitions, profile combinations, timer behavior, and output permissions.
Confirm display, buttons, relay indicators, service interfaces, pause, stop, and completion.
Validate the drain actuator, cleaner pump, output interlocks, and mechanical travel.
Calibrate timing, confirm injection and rinse performance, inspect leaks, and record acceptance.
The current configurable profile supports 2 through 10 cycles, with four cycles as the legacy-safe default.
Injection can be enabled on selected non-final cycles. The final configured cycle is always treated as water-only.
Normal operation is canceled, process outputs stop, the drain opens, a dedicated rinse runs with the drain open, and the machine remains in the stopped state.
BottleMaster is the complete machine product. Its sequence application, profile, labels, hardware map, and service configuration run on the KleanKontrol I/O control foundation.
A BottleMaster project defines vessel handling, utility requirements, timing, cleaning chemistry, operator workflow, and site commissioning.
